Why we built PanelConfig as one connected platform
Hosting teams stitch together a panel, a billing system, and a pile of scripts. PanelConfig brings them into one auditable product.
Most hosting businesses run on three disconnected things: a control panel for the server, a separate billing system for money, and a drawer full of shell scripts for everything in between. Each works, but the seams are where time and trust leak out.
The cost of the seams
When billing does not know about provisioning, suspending a non-paying account is a manual chore. When automation lives in ad-hoc scripts, nobody can answer “who changed that, and when?”
One platform, one trail
PanelConfig puts the operator console (PCAdmin), the customer panel (PCUser), the terminal (PCCLI), and a scoped API on top of a single database and a single job queue. Every meaningful action lands in the same audit log, whether it came from a click or a script.
That is the whole idea: fewer seams, one source of truth, and a product a provider can actually reason about.
